About
A place of refreshment, renewal, and hope
Life can leave us feeling dry, weary, or overwhelmed. At Counseling at the Well, we believe that healing begins when you have a safe, welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters. Inspired by the image of a life-giving well, our practice exists to offer refreshment for the heart, mind, and soul.
We provide compassionate, professional care for children, adolescents, adults, and families—helping you navigate challenges, discover your strengths, and experience growth that lasts. Whether you are seeking help for anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or simply a place to process life’s transitions, we meet you where you are at and walk with you toward restoration.
Faith is an important part of our identity. While we welcome people of every background and belief, we offer the option to integrate Christian values and Scripture into therapy for those who desire it. Our goal is not only to help you find relief from immediate struggles, but to nurture lasting transformation—so that you leave feeling renewed, equipped, and deeply cared for.
At The Well, you are invited to come as you are, take a deep drink of hope, and begin the journey toward healing and wholeness.
Nicole Rocco-Lapinski, LCSW
Nicole Rocco-Lapinski is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and the founder of Counseling at the Well. Her calling to this work began with a dream to create a space where people can find hope, healing, and renewal, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
Nicole provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families; offering compassionate care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavior, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Furthermore, Nicole specializes in adoption, trauma, persons struggling with medical diagnoses, and developmental disorders in children. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. In partnership, Nicole and her clients identify strengths, explore patterns, and develop tools for lasting growth.
As a Christian therapist, Nicole believes true healing can be found in a whole-person approach: ensuring physical, emotional, and spiritual health are addressed. For those that desire, faith can be integrated into therapy- always with respect for your comfort level and personal journey. No matter where you are on your journey, you will find a welcoming and judgment-free space here.
Nicole states, “It is an incredible privilege to walk alongside each client as they move toward greater clarity, deeper peace, and renewed purpose. My hope is that every session feels like drawing fresh water from a well: restorative and life-giving.”
